MYP 1 - U1 Hindu Mythology Lesson 1

Dear students

In today's lesson, you will journey into two of the world's greatest epics—the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. As you meet legendary characters such as Rama, Sita, Hanuman, Krishna, Arjuna, and Draupadi, think beyond the stories and consider the choices they make, the challenges they face, and the values they uphold.

As you participate in discussions and activities, ask yourself: What would I do in their place? How do themes like duty, courage, justice, loyalty, and leadership still shape our lives today?

By the end of the lesson, you will have a deeper understanding of how these timeless epics continue to inspire cultures, spark meaningful conversations, and help us reflect on our own beliefs, decisions, and responsibilities.

Please find the link to the lesson for review and reference.

Happy Learning

Ms Risha
