 Dear students  The Mahabharata and the Ramayana are two of India's greatest epics, filled with stories that continue to inspire readers around the world. Although written thousands of years ago, their myths explore timeless themes such as courage, justice, loyalty, sacrifice, and perseverance. In the Mahabharata , we explored the story of Ekalavya , a determined young archer who taught himself after being refused formal training. His unwavering dedication and sacrifice raise important questions about fairness, equality, and what it truly means to be a great student. In the Ramayana , we followed Hanuman's Journey to Lanka , where Hanuman's courage, intelligence, and loyalty help him overcome impossible challenges in his mission to find Sita. His story reminds us that true heroism comes not only from strength but also from wisdom, determination, and selfless service. Together, these two myths encourage us to think critically about our choices, values, and responsibilities...

Dear students  In today's lesson, you will journey into two of the world's greatest epics—the  Ramayana  and the  Mahabharata . As you meet legendary characters such as Rama, Sita, Hanuman, Krishna, Arjuna, and Draupadi, think beyond the stories and consider the choices they make, the challenges they face, and the values they uphold. As you participate in discussions and activities, ask yourself:  What would I do in their place?  How do themes like duty, courage, justice, loyalty, and leadership still shape our lives today? By the end of the lesson, you will have a deeper understanding of how these timeless epics continue to inspire cultures, spark meaningful conversations, and help us reflect on our own beliefs, decisions, and responsibilities.
